With intimate seating where every view is exceptional, it's designed for incredible events.

The Dream Foundry

Engage in meetings, mastermind sessions, and stimulating conversations over a private dinner, or brainstorm your next big idea in The Dream Foundry. This room is fully equipped with live video conferencing capabilities, and all doors can be opened to absorb the vibrant energy of downtown Nashville while overlooking 5th Avenue. The room accommodates 15-20 individuals.

The Money Lab

This modern flex space offers a cool atmosphere with fantastic lighting and windows overlooking 5th Avenue. Ideal for sitting down for discussions, generating lucrative ideas, masterminding with key players, or rekindling essential relationships. Specifically designed for relaxed and intentional connection, it comes complete with whiteboards for ideation.

Introducing The Greatness Factory Podcast Studio, wired with incredible AV and multi-camera capability. Featuring specific backgrounds for both you and your guests, you can now rent the first-class podcast studio where Coach Micheal Burt produces his own monthly podcast.

    Please note that the studio engineering fee is separate or available as a breakdown of the filming cost.
